Antonio Corbella’s professional career has developed in the field of Company Management, initially in France and later in Spain.
The sectors in which he has provided his services are: Industry, Food, Drink, Mergers & Acquisitions and Automotive Industry.
Among other posts, he has been Managing Director of Gallina Blanca Arbor Acres, Osborne y Cía. and M&A, CEO of Fernando A. de Terry and Assistant to the President of Nissan Motor Iberica.
Later, in 1985, he founded SGA Information Management of which he is currently the CEO.

Esteban Canalda has developed his professional activity in the design and implementation of courses on Mechanisation of Information Systems in public and private centres, as well as Logical and Technological Analysis for different companies.
In 1991 he was incorporated to File Management Systems, a company specialising in Document & Imaging as Director of R&D.
After this, he joined SGAIM as the Assistant Managing Director, until 1998 when he was appointed CEO, a position that he holds at present.

José Luis Blanco is a practicing Lawyer, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions.
He is Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins in Spain.
Previously, he was a partner at Garrigues and later, National Coordinator-Partner of Mergers and Acquisitions at Cuatrecasas.
He has been an Associate Professor of Trade Law at the Law Faculties of the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University. He has also given courses on Public Takeover Bids at ESADE.

He graduated in Information Sciences at the University of Barcelona.
 
Ideologist and founder of MMLB (1971), the advertising agency that transformed everything that had already been established, taking Spanish creativity to the highest level worldwide.
Founder and President of Lorente Grupo de Comunicación (1985), the leading Spanish-owned advertising group in the 1990’s.
Creator of brand name images that are now multinational: BBVA, Iberdrola, Camper, Fagor, Osborne, as well as Central Lechera Asturiana, Dodot and Dodotis, Trinaranjus, among many others.
Lecturer, columnist and member of the panel of judges for large international contests, he is the author of various books on communication which have been basic works in his speciality.
Personal advisor to important Spanish businessmen and politicians.

Ernesto Mata has developed his entire professional career in the field of business management. At present, among other posts, he holds the posts of Assistant Advisor to the President of Unión Fenosa; Vice-President of Applus+; Board Member of Abertis and President of its Audits Commission; Board Member of Cepsa and Board Member of Avánzit.
He is Strategic Advisor of the Real Estate Company Knight Frank and Senior Advisor of the Matlin Patterson Fund.
Besides his business activities, Ernesto Mata is a Board Member of various foundations, universities and educational centres.

Javier Aguirre has developed his professional career in the field of Business Management in Spain and in several countries in Latin America, in both the Financial Sector and the Telecommunications and Media Sectors as well as in other industries.
Among many other posts, he has been President of the Management Board of Caracol TV (Colombia); Avianca (Colombia); Bellsouth (Celular) Colombia; Orbitel (long distance) Colombia; and Telefónica CTC (Chile) and its group of companies in that country. He has also been a member of the Management Boards at Telefónica CTP (Peru); Reynolds (Colombia); América TV (Peru).
At present he is Senior Advisor of The Blackstone Group and member of its International Board; and Vice-President of the Management Board of Equipo Económico.

José A. Jordana de Pozas is a Member of the Justice and Disability Forum of the General Council of the Judiciary; Board Member of Baqueira Beret S.A.; Board Member of Mutualdis (Mutualidad de Previsión Social Pro Minusválidos Psíquicos); Sponsor of Previgalia; Sponsor of Fundación Registral.
He is currently a member of the Governing Board of the Spanish School of Property, Trade and Goods Registrars, where he holds the office of the Censor-Controller and Head of the Professional Prevision Service.
In other activities, he was appointed by the European Union, as the expert for drawing up “in situ” the Draft Bill for the Law on Legal Real Estate Registry. He has been a speaker on the Spanish Registration System at the Buenos Aires Faculty of Notarial Law (1990), at the International Congress on Registration Law (1999) and the Spanish Registration System and it specialities in comparison with the German system (Potsdam 2000).

Manuel Callejas developed his professional activity, before joining SGAIM, in the two main multinational companies in the Logistics Sector.
At SGAIM, he has held the following posts: Installation & Maintenance Manager, Security Manager and Quality Control Manager.
He currently holds the post of Assistant Director to the General Management.

José Mª Zabala has spent his entire professional career at SGAIM.
He has held posts as Marketing & Communication Manager and New Services Development Manager. In this last post he laid the foundations for the current development of the company.
He currently holds the post of Consulting-Process Manager.
