EIS, SGAIM’s Solution for Electronic Invoice Management

SGAIM, the company devoted to the introduction of electronic management solutions for business processes, offers the Electronic Invoice Solution (EIS) service to ensure compliance with the regulations that come into force in August this year regarding contracts with the General Government.
SGAIM’s Facturión platform covers all stages, from the issue and reception of electronic invoices to the management of physical invoices for scanning.
For the issuing of invoices, SGAIM provides v-printer, an easy-to-install software program, compatible with any invoicing system currently on the market that enables the issuing of signed electronic invoices in the AEAT standard XML format, Factura-e, and any other e-business format.
Providing invoices in legal digital format is just the start of long management processes in accounts payable and receivable. SGAIM’s outsourcing platform for reconciliation, accounting, payments and statement handling, speeds up the process and assures the quality of the data obtained. Invoices in XML format can be easily incorporated within our clients’ applications, and are presented in a simple way, almost immediately via SGAIM’s Web TTID Plus platform.
According to the Spanish Association of Commercial Coding (AECOC) the savings per electronic invoice, in place of paper, are around 0.70 euros for invoices received and 1.85 euros for those issued. Besides the considerable cost savings, we can also highlight the reduction in invoice issuing times and payment collection times; the minimising of errors due to the reduction in human intervention and the decrease in the number of forged documents as digital invoices have more complex security systems. As the new invoice is transmitted via electronic means, the exchange is immediate, which leads to time savings and a reduction in paper used, which also makes it an ecological solution.
